I trust Blaylock, an MD who wrote a 300 page book called "EXcitotoxins" on MSG. I don't think anyone spends a year writing a book of this length for nothing. Having an MD and MS in Nutrition, anyone who doesn't believe Blaylock over a Chinese Chef has serious issues. MSG is the most toxic substance to the brain in nutrition. No elderly or infant should go anywhere near it. Aspartame is the same. I like how a Chef has the chutzpah to chalenge science. You're a Chef. We don't challenge you on chicken. Stay in your lane.
