HELP! I planted my Romas (I have 3 flats of them) the day I left for a three day trip, not thinking they would germinate that fast. Well, they did. All 50 of them. And they weren't under lights. I have them under lights now, but they are so leggy. Are they ruined or is there anything I can do to fix them?

They’ll be fine eventually with more light. When you prick them out into 4” pots bury them extra deep.

You’ll be lucky to turn them into healthy plants. If you have more seed, I’d replant.
Is there any way you can start again?
Tomatoes are pretty resilient. Mine always get a little leggy because I grow them in a greenhouse without grow lights. I transplant them when they get true leaves and bury the stems to about a half inch of the leaves. In 20 years, no problems.
When they get this leggy, I usually use a bit of precaution and plant some more – not because they won’t do well, but because I am clumsy and end up breaking them. I usually end up with plenty for myself and plenty to give away.
We are about to find out the difference grow lights make this year, though!
Probably some of them but it’s a waste of time. Just germinate more
when this happens to me I build up soil around the leggy part.
Don’t let the aliens take them away! Save them!
Just need to ask yourself is the juice worth the squeeze. Me personally back then, anything I grow I’d try and save even if it makes me lose some in the process. With my experience now and if I had the means, I would most likely restart if I had the seeds available. Tomato plants are super resilient and I’m sure you could save these. Like I said I just don’t know if the juice is worth the squeeze.
Get a fan on them, resistance workouts ! Lower your lights or raise your plants . Strengthen what you got ! I’d start a 2nd batch alongside them too
When you plant em turn the strm 90 degrees (Or just bury them deep) and leave the first true leaves about 3″ from soil and you’ll be fine.
