    When my wife first saw my starter, she said it was gray and ugly, so I named it Dorian.

    I play guitar so I have Sedoughvia as my main starter, Rye Fooder for heavier grains like Rye and Einkorn and my discard is Mark Wafflor (mostly used for crackers but occasionally waffles)

    My starter’s name is Loaf Erikson. I thought my discard deserved a name too so Loaf’s brother is named Doughm Chompsky.

    The Grapist (from wild yeast grapes), Eleaven (it was the first year of Stranger Things), and Kosha (means hard working in Azerbaijan, which is where it’s from). My brother’s last one was named My Corona.
