I did a thing today – bought myself and partner a profitec ride!
This will be an upgrade from my perfectly fine Bambino Plus. Which has been great, I just want amazing. I like to experiment, try new roasts; I keep a "bean log" of all my different parameters and was just hitting some limitation on the bambino… Which I owned for just over a year and plan to do something with.
Of course I bought this 4000 cad machine the second day my partner went with some of her friends on a little girls trip to visit another friend. Haha I am going to have no legs to stand on next time I think something is "too expensive".
Can't wait to get thing brewing!

Yep..i upgraded from bambino plus to profitec move(i didn’t need the e61 group head and wanted faster heat up)…but you have rotary. congrats!!!!
