My tomatoe plants seem to be browning in colour and drying up on some spots of that plant. What could this be??

Not enough airflow maybe?

Start pruning all that stuff out, and strip stems from the bottom, too. There may be too much moisture and not enough airflow to the point it’s creating fungal growth. Hopefully it’s not blight, and something that can be fixed.
