Made with levain (sourdough pizza, 65% hydration), mozzarella, parmesan, gorgonzola (don't know how to translate this one) and honey. Toppings: prosciutto and basil.
Equipment: Fornetto slim. A brazilian electrical oven designed for hobbyists and small events

    Definitely needs a bit longer in there. The one side is looking good. Just need to balance it out.m next bake.
