My guess would be about 2200 calories. 1500 calories for the pasta, 200-250 calories for the sauce, 250-300 calories for the sausage, and maybe 150 for the parm on top.

This is why I hate and love pasta.
Dried pasta is usually about 310 calories for 85g or roughly a small handful of angel hair (less than half an inch diameter).
I’d say you have 3-4 of those here since it’s filling up the container and making up the majority of the dish. So:
-Bout 900ish cal for the pasta, give or take.
-Bout 250ish cal for a standard sausage, they’re mostly fat.
-Bout 100-150 calories at MOST for the sauce since there isn’t a lot of it, if you used a jarred sauce.
-Forgot the cheese. +75 calories roughly.
Most I’d expect for this would be around 1800ish calories, least I’d expect would be around the low 1300 range. Pasta is very calorically dense. You go over a small handful and the calories skyrocket.
1 gram of carbs roughs out to 4 calories, as does 1 gram of protein. 1 gram of fat is 9 calories roughly.
It adds up quick.

I think that these huge guesses are due to the first and last pictures being kind of deceiving.
The pasta looks to be roughly 1/4-1/3 of a box. That would be about 400-550 calories. Tomato sauce is pretty low in cals and I’m gonna keep that 1/4-1/3 estimate for a jar of sauce. That would add maybe 70-150 calories. An Italian sausage is like 200-300. And I’ll call that 10g of parmesan on top, which would be around 50 cals.
That would put the grand total at somewhere between 720 and 1,050.
