I picked up a Master Touch 22" for 35.00 today. All original parts were there (plus a Weber grill cover) except for the rails/charcoal baskets (already have a set so that's ok). Grates needs a little cleaning but otherwise it looks hardly used. Super happy with my find. Now I need to decide whether to keep my 18" kettle or get rid of it. What's the thought on keeping both?

Keep both! More to cook with at once:) Congrats to you!

Honestly, I almost always recommend keeping the second one because as you have seen the resale value is so low that you’re better off having a back up unless you absolutely do not have space for both. Biggest thing is having the second smaller one is incredibly useful because you can smoke using the snake method on one of them like the 22 inch. And then you can still have the 18 inch to make quick burgers or veggies or stuff like that with direct heat.
I’ve also done similar before where I’m using one to make some wings and then I’m using the other to cook burgers and hotdog and it makes it easier to time stuff so you can make a big amount of food for a family gathering at one time instead of having to make stuff in too many batches.

Definitely keep both, and 35 bucks was a complete steal on the 22″, good job.
