On our trip to Fes, Morocco, we went on a massive food tour tasting all the best food in Fes. There’s so many of the most popular foods in Morocco here in Fez, being such a foodie hot spot of the country. The street food in Morocco is so rich and flavourful, full of spices that make each dish taste more delicious than the last. While in Fes, we explored the small alleyways for the best Moroccan food and tasted dishes from savoury and sweet tagines, to the unique pastilla (3 different ways!) and hearty harira. We visited places for some extreme dishes as well, like snails, steamed sheep’s head and more! Not to mention some of the sweet treats like nougat, raib, briouat, chebakia, prickly pear, jawhara, sfenj, and the classic Moroccan mint tea!

Such an interesting city. It looks like there's so many alleys and little nooks in that area you were in. The food, I gotta say, quite unique and different. Not sure if I could eat some of those things that you did, but well done eating it all and enjoying it!
The pigeon pie was my favorite of the video, I'd eat that for sure! I've heard from some people that Moroccans aren't the most friendly people, but it seems like everyone you encountered were so nice and welcoming. I'll have to visit Morocco one day.
