
I am a teacher and have a work day in my classroom. I brought my freshly mixed dough, my freshly-baked loaf, and you can even spot my hard-boiled eggs for breakfast! It just made me laugh because I look like a cool homestead lady, but I'm just a crazy, type B teacher 😂

Sorry-100 g starter, 325 g water, 500 g bread flour. Mix until shaggy then mix by hand until w’ll incorporated and “creamy”.
Bulk ferment 7 hours, cold proof overnight, bake 450 7 min score, 23 min then 425 for 20 min. Temp 207.

Funny story, I’ve done “en route bulk fermentation” as well. People think you’re insane when you say you’ll bring sourdough to a party and walk in an hour early with a bowl of dough.
