    I’ve never had or heard of whipped cottage cheese. I’m just starting my Mediterranean diet journey so it’s neat to see new stuff 😀

    I’ve been seeing sardines a lot lately but I’m nervous to try. I like shrimp, salmon, and mahi mahi when it comes to fish. Are sardines in that mild fish flavor or is it a strong fishy taste?
