Picked this up new at my local hardware store for $269 out the door. I looked online and that seemed like a good deal. They had it on sale for some reason and I spontaneously bought it. I’ve owned a 14” tabletop Weber charcoal grill for quite a few years but have never used a big one. I haven’t used charcoal much due to the limited size of my 14” Weber. Any tips or tricks you have for a newbie to the Weber Kettle is appreciated.
