    Thank you for the lovely scorched edge on the pepperoni. The grease pooling in the center is excellent. This is how pepperoni should look on a pizza.

    It really irks me when people post cast iron pizzas that donโ€™t have cheese to the very edge like yours as thatโ€™s the best part of cast iron pizza. Good job ๐Ÿ‘

    That undercarriage looks amazing! I always put my cast iron pizzas on the middle rack and I have to finish them on the burner, maybe I’ll try moving it to the bottom rack.
