I eat about 2 meals a day without snacks so this meal comes up pretty regularly for me.

This meal consists of 1 chopped cucumber, 2 skinless chicken thighs (seasoned with s&p, garlic powder, cayenne, paprika, and cumin), 1 white potato (seasoned with s&p, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and 2 tsp olive oil), and a Greek yogurt sauce! I made the sauce by mixing nonfat Greek yogurt, a dash of ketchup, garlic powder, s&p, paprika, and a touch of low-fat Mayo! The chicken was baked for 330F-345F in the air fryer for 10-13 minutes, and the potatoes were fried up in a pan till cooked! (Btw everything was cut into small squares because I LOVE to get everything in a bite lol)

This bowl came out to be around 500-600 calories and around 50-60g of protein for me! It’s super filling so I feel stuffed right after and gives you that satisfaction! Give it a shot if u want!

Also the sauce may look a little chunky but that’s just because I didn’t mix too well haha! And Pretty sure people have made meals like this but if u have another variation that u like, plz lmk!

    The sauce looks so good, does it taste like a normal one? Like can you still figure out the weird texture of the yogurt
