Breakfast: 2 eggs, honey ham (I just fry it in the pan with a spray of cooking oil!), 1/3 piece of naan with olive oil – 366 calories, 29.3g protein

Lunch: Protein bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese, apple slices, Topo Chico – 234 calories, 18.9g protein

Dinner: Homemade salsa chicken with black beans and corn, sour cream, rice – 355 calories, 27.1g protein

Snacks: Protein shake, cinnamon raisin bread with cream cheese, mini Twix – 331 calories, 32.8g protein

Final daily total: 1286 calories, 108g protein, 47.4g fat, 115.3 carbohydrates

    That breakfast looks amazing although I’m a psychopath and like hot sauce on everything so maybe a little hot sauce and I’d be in heaven

    Exactly even before i started counting everything i loved hot sauce but I’ve only grown in appreciation for it, and that’s fair
