Here in the South, it’s already starting to feel like spring, and there’s nothing us Southerners crave more than a cold treat when the temperature starts to warm up. Thankfully, our favorite Florida-based grocery store has us covered by restocking the ice cream aisles with 19 flavors to choose from.
Publix’s spring seasonal ice cream lineup features familiar favorites like Peanut Butter Pie, Snickerdoodle, and Chantilly Cake, but it also includes four brand-new flavors we can’t wait to try.
Returning half-gallon limited-edition flavors include:

“Root Beer Float is an oldie but goodie that takes you back to the days of old-fashioned soda shops,” said Research and Product Development Manager Tarisha Gray. “This one engages your senses with fizzy clusters.”
“Bourbon Praline Crumble appeals to adults with its bourbon flavor profile, delivering an elevated, yet playful, experience,” said Gray. “It’s the perfect way to celebrate the upcoming Kentucky Derby in May.”
These new and limited-edition flavors won’t stick around for forever, but keep your eyes open for other new flavors making their debut later this spring.
