I like that you say to season the chicken how I want. Far to many "cooks" have the attitude that their way to do something is the ONLY way to do it, and that is just not true. The other issue for me with alot of the seasoning people insist on is the black pepper, my mother is allergic to black pepper and it gets used in everything. We even had restaurants put black pepper in her food after telling them not to and why. So anytime I see someone talking about a recipe and say to add, or not add, spices to their personal tastes makes me so happy!

I've been cooking this for months. I recommend cooking the cauliflower in low fat milk with herbs and garlic then blending with cottage cheese.

I add nutritional yeast in sauces to make it taste a little more cheesy, then you could back off on the cheese or not, just to increase the richness.

Made this a few times since your short. I love this recipe but I wasn’t a fan of the raw garlic. I sauté it instead. I’ve also roasted the garlic and cauliflower and I liked that better. I also add nutritional yeast and smoked paprika to the sauce and that made it even better. Thanks for this one.
Add a splash of white wine with the first hit of sauce before you add the pasta to the skillet.

Man, this recipe is absolutely fire. But I do have one concern: I’ve read that cauliflower, broccoli, etc., contain water-soluble nutrients, so when you boil them, those nutrients end up getting lost in the water. If anyone is preparing this masterpiece, I’d definitely recommend steaming instead.
Calorie count for the listed macros is wrong. Should be 474. Not a big difference, but you can't say "The macros are exactly this" then use a rounded number.
This is the first low calorie Alfredo recipe I've seen that didn't use cottage cheese, which is a nice change.
Should use nutritional yeast instead of cheese, much healthier and still delicious!
Mixing insanely salty pasta water into the alfredo sauce and then adding more salt, bruh I bet this dish tasted disgustingly salty, bit of a mistake there IMO
