Basted on a Cast iron skillet with good butter, thyme, garlic, mushrooms, and shallots.

Those look great. My local farm store occasionally has boneless smoked chops that are so good and I think $6 lb last time I got em. They are so damn good. It really only needs a nice sear and ready to eat
