
First post here so here is tonight’s dinner, a big pan of tofu scramble:
1 box of extra firm tofu – 315cals
1 bag of riced cauliflower – 135cals
1 cup of frozen vegetables – 60 cals
Handful of kale – ~30cals
Handful of mushrooms – ~35cals
Spiced with a lot of turmeric, garlic and onion powder, chili powder, and some s&p. And then a bit of olive oil to cook and some hot sauce to top it off
~600cals and around 35 grams of protein! Very cheap as well, I love this style of eating!!
