This is some of the Sherry's at the store I am the Steward at. Of course I havent had the opportunity to try all these but was wondering if any of them stand out.

Where are you that you can move that many niche fortified wines?!

I want the vin jaune and whatever weird thing is next to it

Tradicion. Great producer. The Barbadillo VORS are fabulous as well. Not a sherry, but the Tissot Chateau Chalon should be really cool too.

You should call your rep and organize a tasting. You and the staff should know at least the basics about these wines to be able to move them.

What’s the Yuste Amontillado on the top right shelf?

Those old Gonzalez Byass + Tradicion Añadas will be absurdly, absurdly good.

Everything else is good-to-great too, but those are the standouts IMO.

So happy to see people excited about flor/oxidized wines!

Hard to go wrong with Equipo Navazos if that’s what I think I’m seeing.

The Osborne VORS Capuchino Palo Cortado is a fun one. So is the Vin Jaune. Either one is a win.

That Tissot Chalon is insane!!! That’s a baller wine and he’s such an incredible farmer!

I knew I recognized that racking system. Good sandwiches. Say hi to Rick!

Call your supplier and host a tasting, they would love to do so in this economy. Gonzales Byass is a fantastic producer for all dry styles, fino, oloroso, Amontillado, and palo cortado, and any special edition. Literally can’t go wrong. But you need education to sell these wines, they are all stylistically different.
