For some reason, they’ve gotten much cheaper near me in the last year. Just toss in olive oil, blister on medium-high for a few minutes, then top with lemon and salt. Delicious. I’ll put a recipe in the comments.

Do you eat the seeds and all? Whenever I’ve gotten shishitos, I’ve removed the stems and seeds before cooking which was kind of a pain. If that’s not necessary, I’ll be eating the more. I do like the flavor!
