Not pictured is some chile de arbol, Guajillo, and garlic cloves. Add some fresh cilantro… and you end up with an addictive right on the good side edge of spicy salsa. Smoked over oak on an offset while cooking some beef back ribs.

    So where’s the salsa? You tease us with the first picture, then a driveway in pic 2, then meat cooking?

    Pic 2 should’ve been the meat cooking, and pic 3 should’ve been a side by side of the salsa already made and the smoked ribs cut up and presented.

    We don’t need to see your driveway homie 😂
