The Supreme Court Strikes Down Many Tariffs

The Supreme Court has upended the tariffs that have directly impacted the availability and price of tinned seafood, among other goods, imported from abroad. The White House has other ways of raising tariff barriers, but we shall see, perhaps shortly, if this helps trade move in a better direction. I’ve already heard this morning from one Portuguese retailer that previously estimated tariff charges will be backed out of my recent purchase.
