What Is Included in the ‘Festa di Pranzo’ Lunch Menu?
The “Festa di Pranzo” lunch menu offers guests a complete two-course Italian dining experience with a choice of antipasti and a main course, plus an optional dessert add-on.
Start Your Feast With Antipasti and a Drink
The first course comes with a choice of soft drink or iced tea. Guests can select one of the following antipasti options:
Simple Mixed Greens Salad with fresh artisanal greens, red onion, baby heirloom tomatoes, and balsamic vinaigrette
Lobster Bisque made with cream, brandy, and extra virgin olive oil
Choice of Two Bruschetta with options including Caprese, Whipped Ricotta with honeycomb, Burrata and Peperonata, Pea Pesto, Balsamic Cherries, or Fig and Pear

For the second course, guests can choose from a variety of hearty Italian entrées:
Caesar Salad or Heirloom Tomato Panzanella with optional protein add-ons
