LITTLE ROCK, AR (KATV) — If there’s one part of wedding planning that almost everyone can agree on, it’s the food — and during Arkansas Wedding Week, Chef Wayne Schilleci brought plenty of it.
Chef Wayne, who runs Arkansas Catering with a food truck and baked goods, said his business is the result of decades in the restaurant world.

“It’s been incredible,” he said, describing it as “a culmination of about 25 years of ownership in the restaurant business,” including owning six successful restaurants.
