I personally find not guilty (misdemeanor for calling it pizza). As a former soldier, they was making something makeshift in the field with what was available.
As opposed to buying different things at the store, throwing it together, and calling it pizza.

Hello everyone, I am the facilitator of this pizza.
It tasted really good, and I’m proud of my creation.
It’s a crime, but i think we should offer leniency for creativity.
Still better than the slop chain pizza places offer.
