

Did a garlic/olive oil base with parm, mozzarella, and ricotta. Had some pesto and Proscuitto to use up so drizzled a little bit of the pesto and added the prosciutto under the cheese so it would get crispy but wouldn’t bur. Came out great, will be definitely be making again!
