First time making it at home. Thoroughly pleased other than would have liked some texture on my egg; I had a poodle getting my attention so that’s what we have.

Used the S&B roux blocks – next time I’ll probably try making it myself.

    Man I want to do this more often, but deep frying anything in my tiny apartment makes EVERYTHING smell like oil forever 🙁
