A Tiny Tim plant I grew inside this winter.


Yogurt container for scale. I can't say that I recommend it. It's micro-tomato small. I expected a little bit bigger.

It was fun for the novelty, for tomatoes, not so much.

    Oh no I think you just had bad luck!
    I grow them and I love them, they can be much bushier and more productive.
    My new favourite are micro birdie rouge which this year did really well on a windowsill all winter and gave us a ridiculous number of tomatoes

    I love growing micro tomatoes inside over winter. I didn’t this year because we had construction stuff going on and I’ve missed them! Your little plant looks great

    Do you have drainage holes in the container? Your plant may have waterlogged roots.

    Several years ago I tried growing winter lettuce indoors. Expensive lettuce. But it felt like a win.

    I would say that anything that ripens is a win.

    What grow light did you use? I want to grow outside but I don’t have enough sun at any time of the day with how my apartment is faced. 🙁
