I’m in Pittsburgh and I’ve had their wings. They’re good but sometimes they have been not very saucy. I want my face and clothes to be covered in sauce when I’m done.

Looks like a fantastic balance of butter and sauce. The parm on top looks like it was added after the wings were tossed, which is great technique
