Part 3 of me selling ramen.

The ramen was the best one yet and also had a very nice amount of orders!

Forgot to take picture of the actual orders but I made about 40~50 servings of noodles and I am all out..

Beef ramen with shoyu tare, beef chashu slow cooked siu vide, eggs, green onions and corn. Chicken ramen with shoyu tare chicken chashu, eggs, green onions and bok choy.
Both were chintan and I used different tares for each of course, beef tare was more soy forward, chicken tare had more seafood elements.

Also made some black garlic oil for the first time, i did it with beef fat and it came out soooo good, definetly making a beef black garlic version next time! (The actual ramen picture is what I ate from what was left)
