Did a hundred acre tasting this morning, first time trying any of these wines, all amazing. Only downside it was 11am lol. Any thoughts on these?

They’re addicting for sure. That 07 Fortification was one of my wedding wines along with a 14 Wraith.

  2. I’m so conflicted with hundred acre. The story is basically the opposite of what I look for. Cult of personality, flashy, etc.

But the wines are great and you could argue that in the world of cult napa cab they aren’t so crazy expensive.

Idk I just drink Fortunate Son, it tastes about the same for like 1/4 price.

Still a cool flight, especially in the AM. Can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning!

Mmm you can almost taste the 6000 acres they burned cuz of their umpermitted event!

I’d do the ”Oh-ver-rated” clap-clap-clap-clap-clap” chant. Also, the owner is a mega-dbag of Nth degree.

Tastes like a mouthful of oak. Maybe they age into it, but it’s not for me.

Always nice to have an opportunity to drink some wine though.

  7. I’m so jealous! I absolutely love Hundred Acre and have had a few bottles, but never done a tasting!
