Katie Lee has something new up her sleeve—and she’s finally cluing fans in on what it is.
It’s been almost three months since The Kitchen ended on Food Network, and Katie had been a part of it for over a decade. While fans have been eager to see the celebrity chef back on their screens, she has plans for a new project they didn’t expect.
As Katie shared in an Instagram video of her making homemade pinto beans, the TV personality has a YouTube channel for folks to subscribe to. And recently, she kicked off a series called It’s Not Complicated, where she cooks some of her favorite recipes that fans can enjoy without all the fuss.
“Yaaay! It’s Not Complicated is LIVE on YouTube,” she wrote in the caption. “After The Kitchen, I was not sure what would be next in my career, and I am so excited for this next chapter. I truly appreciate all of your support over the years and I hope you love this show!”

Given how Katie’s followers love seeing what she has in store, the news of her latest project had them hyped.
“I’m so excited about your YouTube channel! I can’t wait to watch!” one person wrote in the comments. “I’m so happy to try all your recipes.😘🌹,” another agreed. “I am ALL in!!!” a different follower added.
Fans know that Katie does more than just film TV shows and create recipes. She is also the host of the All on the Table podcast, where she talks to some of her favorite people about food and other things in their lives. Additionally, she’s the co-founder of Kind of Wild Wines.
