I previously pressure canned chili using the National Center for Home Food Preservation recipe. See https://nchfp.uga.edu/how/can/preparing-and-canning-poultry-red-meats-and-seafoods/chili-con-carne/.
It came out great and I would like to do a batch using ground turkey instead of beef.
Can I do that? Or should I search for a another recipe?

There are no safe canning recipes for ground poultry yet. So no you cannot substitute turkey for beef for canning
NCHFP has a specific safety note that they do not have a process developed for canning ground turkey, and that ground turkey is approved only in their Spaghetti Sauce with Meat recipe. They also explicitly say this is not something to generalize to other recipes (like using a ground beef process for ground turkey).

So for your chili plan, your safest options are:
Make turkey chili and freeze it instead of canning.
If you really want a shelf-stable turkey option, pressure can turkey pieces (not ground) using tested poultry directions, then make chili later and add the turkey when reheating/serving.
