INGREDIENTS
Greek Tuna Salad (combine all ingredients)
– 2 cans of Safe Catch Ahi Yellowfin Tuna
– 1/2 cup finely diced red onions
– 1/2 cup finely diced cucumber (seeds removed)
– 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped dill
– 2-3 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
– 1 cup plain fat free greek yogurt
– 1 tbsp fresh grated garlic
– Lemon juice to taste
– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
– Seasonings: Spiceology Greek Freak seasoning blend, salt & pepper all to taste.
White Sauce (combine all ingredients)
– 1.5 tbsp avocado mayo
– 1.5 tbsp sour cream
– 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 clove of garlic (grated)
– Salt & pepper to taste
Additional Toppings
– Shredded lettuce
– Tomato (seasoned with salt & pepper)
– Pickled red onions
– Crumbled feta
