Brown package is chicken, we have salmon at home 😉 oat milk for my coffee.

My husband and I are planning on March 2026 being 100% MED, i would say right now this week is 50%. We already eat whole foods and are decent cooks. Looking forward to it!

    Do you have an instant pot or a pressure cooker?

    The only recommendation I have is that dried beans are super super easy in a pressure cooker or instant pot, and they are so much cheaper and better for you.
