Breakfast: cappuccino, cherry cheesecake (253 cals, 25.4g protein)
Snack 1: almond milk coffee, kinder country dessert (198 cals, 15g protein)
Lunch: chili lime oven baked tofu with soy sauce konjac rice vegetable stir fry (296 cals, 27.6g protein)
Dinner: cheesy tilapia fillet with roasted veggies and sweet potato all-in-one traybake (277 cals, 36g protein)
Snack 2: sugar free energy drink, turkey chips, tangerine, chocolate covered protein marshmallow, strawberry marshmallow button, pistachio ice cream (271 cals, 25.78g protein)

π cherry cheesecake π
Makes one portion
Ingredients:
β’ 20g of favourite protein cookie
β’ 36g 2% greek yogurt
β’ 45g Ehrmann vanilla protein pudding (or other low fat low cal one)
β’ 45g of 0% soft tvorog (skyr or more greek yogurt will do)
β’ 5g egg yolk
β’ 35g frozen sour cherries
β’ 1g of gelatine
β’ a pinch of salt, sweetener to taste
Instructions:
crush a cookie and put on the bottom of the baking dish as a crust. In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, pudding, tvorog, egg yolk with salt and sweetener. Pour on the crust and bake at 180C for 25 minutes. While it’s baking, make a simple cherry jello. Soak gelatine in 10ml of cold water. Put frozen cherries with sweetener into the microwave for 2 minutes, take it out and wait 5-10 minutes until gelatine is ready to be used (aka clumped up). Then mix it together, put aside. Let the cheesecake cool down a bit before pouring cherry jello on the top. Let refrigerate overnight.
