    What’s the green sauce precious? Avocado or tomatillo as a base? Regardless, it looks delicious. I’ll be right over and will bring the beer and tequila.

    How you get the skin so dark? Oil with the rub? I’ve read conflicting opinions on oiling it. I dry brine mine overnight and it comes out delicious but my skin is never this dark
