Picanha with the Jotisserie for the inaugural cook on my newly acquired used big Joe I recently posted about. Seasoned with salt, couple of hickory chunks with unknown lump coal. roasted at 350 till ~100 internal, then cranked it up to sear with the lid open. Loving this cooker already. Pizza later this week.
