



Wagyu ribeye tonight. Saw this steak at H-E-B and had to bring it home. Just the right amount of marbling to beSeasoned with 2 Gringos Chupacabra Steak Seasoning then low smoked and reverse seared over post oak. This steak was absolutely phenomenal!

Did you add sautéed mushrooms and sautéed cauliflower? If not, try adding those next time. Add some heat to the cauliflower for best results.
