Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites

NGL, these were absolutely insane. I saw this from a video Heath Riles did and I’m so glad I tried it out.

It sounds simple but the flavor when you do it this way is one of the best chicken bites ever.

I happened to stop by a local coffee shop in Tulsa and grabbed some candied jalapeños and my goodness. BBQ Candy! TRYIT!

Ingredients

Chicken thighs or breasts cubed up

Bacon sliced in half or thirds depending on the size of your chunks

Seasoned w Heath Riles Cajun Creole Garlic Butter and Honey Rub

Season the chicken before wrapping in bacon

Once they are wrapped, mix brown sugar w the Cajun seasoning and sprinkle on top

I smoked at 275 until the bacon crisped up then glazed w Heath Riles Brown Sugar Honey Habanero

Continue smoking for 15 mins
