the lady at the dining hall put like 4 scoops of mac and cheese 😠it was good and i ate it all but now i feel groggy and i think it’s bc i ate this whole plate. how many calories do you think the meal is, most importantly the mac and cheese?

it looks like the PERFECT crunchy cheesey mac and cheese. got me thinking ~1.75-2? cup of mac and cheese (500-600) and chicken (80) and broccoli (20) = 700-800 kcal ish (:
