Lebanese Moussaka (Maghmour)

Made this pretty much as written except upped the spices a bit which I usually do. Had all of the ingredients on hand and only had to buy the eggplant. Where it says to add water, I added the same amount as the can of tomatoes. Served over brown rice. Would make again!
