Yes, it was too close to the edge of the counter. To be fair, she’s 5 and has never stolen food like this. Guess that means that it was a really good loaf.

Your counters are just the perfect height for him. Goodyear boy didn’t even have jump up on his hind legs, just right at nose height.

We used to call this counter surfing with our Lab/Dane mix. His biggest score was 4lbs of frozen steak which he ate butcher paper and all.

I’m visiting my mom and just made 6 loaves. I was just thinking what if her dogs are out there eating them and then I saw this video! I’m gonna go check, hahaha. Sorry about your loaf that is a travesty but lucky for your dog!

My Rottweiler stole a whole loaf of warm cheese bread. He also snatched my footlong out of my hands.

We found him a new home

Before reading the title, I thought maybe the dog made a successful loaf.

My great pyrenees has had a loaf or two over the years. I have to set up barricades around the bread while it is cooling. Girl loves bread!

  7. Dogs LOVE sourdough, whenever I bake I have to leave mind to cool in a very high spot
