For my kids who are intolerant to sweeteners like erythritol or xylitol. Brownies with less than 250 calories for the whole batch! And they don’t taste like crap! 😹

Unicorn Brownies 🎃

20g cocoa powder (use Hershey's brand)
25g oat flour
150g pumpkin puree
70g egg whites
2g baking powder
10g Splenda

Combine the dry and wet ingredients in a silicone or oven-safe pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. If you prefer a fudge brownie, bake for 10 minutes. I hope you like them!
