This is MY meatloaf recipe: 2 pounds ground sirloin, 2 eggs, 1 cup of sour cream, onion powder or granules, granulated garlic, a little salt, a T. of Worcestershire Sauce, and two heaping T of pork panko. I also saute a diced onion and a whole head of minced garlic and mix that in too. No ketchup. Cook for 45 or 50 minutes at 350F. Delicious and totally KETO.
