Been a minute since I posted any pies. Feel like I've improved my game exponentially since the early days. The gozney is a great oven but I'm really beginning to see the need for an electric oven that I'm not fighting the flame so much. I've been doing pop ups out of my house for nearly a year now. Anyone made the jump from a gozney to an electric oven like a tentazione max or the effueno p134?

    Brother, I make some pretty good food. But I have yet to master pies the way you have. When I imagine a perfect pie, this is exactly what I imagine. The char looks amazing. You have this down, and definitely believe you have what it takes to open up shop with great success if you ever decided to go that route. You have my support! Would be awesome to gain some advice/tips/recipe’s from a master like you 👏🏽

    Those look awesome! I still have the Ooni Koda 2 Max, but did acquire an electric oven last month and have been super happy with it. I got a used Avantco DPO-18-SA from a restaurant that was no longer using it for a really good deal. Since switching to that I feel like I’ve been putting out better pizza than most places in my town. I’ve made a bunch of pizza for my neighbors (which they appreciate) and it really seems to have upped my game. I can only comfortably make 16½-17″ pizzas in it, so eventually I want to get a bigger oven, but for now it’s been really nice.
