Hope this is worthy. Absolute banger combination: peanut butter and locally sources lavender honey on white bread.
it's stupidly good. the honey is every so slightly crystalized, so there's a little texture to it. I think next time I'll toast the bread with a little butter.

That sounds absolutely delicious! It is always so fun to experience the flavors of local florals through local honey. I remember when living in London for a brief period, finding a grocer which had honey from bees from all different post codes around the boroughs of London! I was amazed as they are such different colors. The bees live in their own wee communities 1
