We started with a little bite: a coronation chicken tartlet
Our first course was hay smoked salmon, with gentlemen’s relish, caviar and pickled lemon salad
After that came a perfectly fried scallop with scallop tartare, a cauliflower puree, and a nice jus
Then came out the signature dish, even a year later i still remember the fantastic flavour from this dish
The meat fruit: chicken liver parfait surrounded by mandarin, served with grilled bread
Than came a nice piece of halibut served with a very complex green sauce, braised chicory
And also the famous triple cooked chips (wow) with mushroom ketchup
As main course we had a super tender piece of duck with turnip, black truffle, duck heart and the most amazing duck sauce ive ever eaten
Then a rhubarb dessert: poached rhubarb with hibiscus, yoghurt cream, olive oil, rhubarb and vanilla sorbet, cake, sponge cake
Than came the famous tipsy cake and spit roast pineapple (roasted on the spit for 4 hours!)
The final course was the nitrogen ice cream, consisting of a wafer thin corner filled with rhubarb compote, lemon ice cream and topped with popping candy
Fantastic experience

Thank you for posting, everything indeed looks fantastic and I can only imagine how good they taste.
Having already been to The Fat Duck and Hind’s Head last year, Dinner will definitely on my to-do list next time I’m in London. Just wondering if you had a drink pairing with your meal? If so, how good was it? I’m asking because the wine pairing at the fat duck was meh and I’m hoping they have a better sommelier at Dinner. Thanks heaps in advance!
