    Nope. We got it. You burnt some meat and threw on some chopped green onions which made it look worse. 👍

    You like it, all that matters. I thought it looked burnt until I zoomed in. Overdone a bit for me, but I like very rare red meat. Don’t get the Green onions though.

    If you’re aiming for a carne asada and this was a fatty cut of meat, then I think you did great.

    If this was meant to be a steak, idk fam…
